Real Estate has always been near and dear to Char’s heart. Growing up in south Louisiana, home ownership was thought to be the greatest way of showing you had accomplished success. As Char moved around the United States, she was always drawn to real estate as a hobby, then a homeowner, and finally as a career. Since 1992, she has worked in some aspect of the real estate field. While living in Seattle, she was finally able to open her own real estate office, only to find troubled times with the onset of a failing economy. She was soon forced to close her business in 2007.

With every door that closes another opens. In 2012, Char came to St. Croix for a visit and fell in love with the island and the people. She knew this would soon be her home. If you ask her, she will say, “It called to me”. In 2013, shortly after obtaining her real estate license in Virginia, she decided it was time to move to St. Croix. She sold off most of her possessions, shipped a few boxes and headed to her new home.  In 2018 she purchased her first property on St Croix. In 2019, she was able to realize the dream of re-opening Dream Vision Real Group LLC. 

Each day is a blessing and living here is a gift. 

Char holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and  two undergrad degrees in  Business Management and in Business Administration. She is an entrepreneur and also has a company called CMGS Ventures LLC, which does business consulting, project planning and coordination.
